Are you struggling with life and having difficulty finding hope for your future? Do you feel good emotions or just numb and angry? At times we all struggle to find joy and fulfilment in life. In therapy we identify the internal causes and work together to find solutions.
Therapy can treat a wide range of issues such as fears and phobias, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, and insomnia. It can help you to increase confidence, improve relationships and decide what direction you want your life to go. These are only a few of the things it can help with. Have a look at the ‘help for’ page for more information.
During the initial session Andy will find out what you want to change and what your medical history is, to ensure safe practice. He may, with your permission, contact your GP before commencing therapy if it is appropriate. You will discuss what you want to change and what your goals are.
If, at any time, progress seems to stall Andy will work with you to figure out what is going on and different techniques may be used to continue working towards achieving your goal.
The number of sessions is dependant on the clients goals and progress. Progress will be reviewed when appropriate.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and £45 each during the day or £55 in the evening.
Qualified, professional, psychotherapists and counsellors should be registered with an independent professional body that is compliant with the professional standards authority accredited register.
