Andy Wilson

Andy is a professional psychotherapeutic counsellor, based in Harrogate.
He has worked with a wide range of clients, both children and adults, in different settings.
He works to high professional standards, ensuring the clients’ aims are at the centre of the work and a good therapeutic relationship is built. He analyses what the client wants to achieve and works towards the desired outcome, whilst maintaining the flexibility to adjust, as the client makes changes during the progress of the work. He ensures the boundaries of client confidentiality are maintained and the therapy room is a safe place to work.
As an accredited member, MNCS (Acc.) of The National Counselling Society Andy is in agreement with, and bound by, the societies code of ethics. In addition to his counselling practice Andy has provided counselling for local charities, and works with young offenders.
